Buildout flow: create the site for a tenant (pick the trade), then edit its
brand, copy overrides, domain, and Google reviews below. Publish sets the
live status; the static generation + per-hostname serving is wired in a later phase, so a
published row marks intent until that path ships.

Type to filter all 91 trades (site_templates/trades.json), or enter any trade_key.
